Ebonyi state which was said to be in political crisis is now faced with another problem as the legislative house of the state was burnt by unknown source of fire. The incident which was said to have occurred this morning at about 2am today,while the residents of the area were fast asleep the fire burnt the chambers and items worth millions of naira.
However,the state fire service were alerted by unknown persons by which the fire was attacked by the squad. Though the house environment has been surrounded by the Nigerian police including armoured car personnel.
Moreover,most of the damaged properties is yet to be confirmed and why policemen were deployed including armoured cars,the source of the fire is yet to be known.
